Each of these shops behaved like a separate entity that functioned on its own. The shops were subdivided spatially into Work Area, Living space, Storage, Spill outside the shop and divided into six parts based on the typology of the shops: Hardware, Florists, Tailors, Retail, Grocery, Dairy
