Measuring the Void // Madh Island
The project involved studying a site and picking up an aspect to study. The site studied was Madh Island, which is secluded and away from the main city.
I studied the different sound vibrations that were felt at the site, and then made an abstract representation using materials like bands, wires, threads, sticks. Trying to depict the calm/stillness or disturbance through the elasticity or rigidity that each of the materials possess.
